Cheque Bounce

Cases of cheque bounce/dishonour are not uncommon these days. In most of the transactions be it re-payment of loans or fees for business purpose, payments are made by cheque. Sometimes the cheques bearing amounts remain unpaid and are returned by the bank. For such cases penalties are provided by the Court and it is considered as a criminal offence.
